Images on Delta Photography Website are subject to the following terms & conditions:

• Delta Air Lines, Inc. owns and retains the copyrights to the Delta Air Lines, Inc., images except as noted. No copyright license (either express or implied) is granted to the user, other than the right to reproduce the images without alteration for noncommercial, personal use only.
• The images are provided to recipient as is. All implied warranties are hereby disclaimed, including, without limitation, the warranties of title, infringement, merchant ability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • To the extent that images include any trade name, trademark, or service mark owned by a third party.
  • Likeness of or reference to an individual, user is responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions and licenses from such third party or individual
• The laws of the State of Georgia govern this Agreement.
• This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Color Reflections and user, and supersedes any and all other agreements, understandings, and communications between them related to images and their usage.
• This agreement may only be amended or otherwise modified by a written instrument executed by an authorized representative of Color Reflections, Inc.

Privacy Policy

We recognize the importance of protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy will answer your questions about the kind of information we collect and how we use it. We have also included information on how to prevent your personal information from being collected or shared when you visit our web site, respond to our web-based advertisements, or send us e-mail. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. If we change or update our Privacy Policy, we will post the revised policy here, and any changes will apply to all information collected by Color Reflections, Inc., including previously collected information.

We collect information about your visits, such as service provider, browser type, operating system, pages accessed on our web site and the date and time of access to optimize your user experience and enhance your time spent with us online. turnaround time

is based on regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 5:00 pm will go into production the next business day. Orders with incomplete written instructions or incomplete source data will not be entered into production until the required information is received. Turnaround time is estimated and based on in-house production time. It does not include time taken for customer approvals. Ask your account executive for a written quote.

customer’s inspection

finished products should occur within 36 hours of delivery. Communicate all concerns as soon as possible to your account executive.

remakes

require original material to be returned to us within two business days from the time the job was received. We will review requests on an individual basis and determine the best solution.

priority service

is generally available. Pricing is contingent upon the size of the job and the amount of lead time available before the deadline. We recommend discussing priority service options and charges with your account executive. We may require written approval for priority service charges. These charges are generally added to the normal price of the service.

approval prints

on large quantity jobs are mandatory as part of our quality control process. An approval slip must be signed and returned in a timely manner.

telephone quotes

are provided as a courtesy. All quotes are valid for thirty days. Quotes not accepted within this time are subject to review. Be sure to ask your account executive to fax or e-mail a written quote.
